The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. There’s also a lovely café right inside the hotel — perfect for breakfast or a relaxed afternoon coffee. Highly recommend staying here — we’d come back anytime!

La Peña Hotel Boutique & SPA está ubicado en Cuetzalan del Progreso. El hotel 4 estrellas ofrece un centro de spa y bienestar y tiene habitaciones con aire acondicionado, wifi gratis y baño privado. Las instalaciones son lindas, estacionamiento grande, habitación muy cómoda, limpia y el personal muy amable. No comimos en el restaurante pero las bebidas eran buenas y la música en vivo fue muy bonita.

The staff/owners were outstanding hosts. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Location was great 2-3 blocks from the main square. The facility and owners made our trip more enjoyable .
