And then there’s Tony, He is not just a wonderful host but also a warm and friendly person who loves meeting new people. He shared so many interesting stories with us—especially about his animals and the experiences that come with raising them. His passion and kindness made the stay even more memorable. We absolutely loved our stay here. It's a fresh and new hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to all of the staff at breakfast! They went above and beyond to take care of us. We usually have low expectations for breakfasts at hotels, but this one was amazing. We come to Penang annually, and this is the first time that we felt we will definitely be back! The value for money was great, the rooms were spotless (though small if that matters to you). It's in a great location. We can't speak highly enough about it!

The air conditioning worked well for us, but there's an additional conditioner added that may be used, the room and the bathroom was very clean and the stay was enjoyable. The location is great as well. The storefront is finished and it's a cute little shop.
