Located in Las Peñitas, a few steps from Las Peñitas Beach, Nuevo NAYAL provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. During our trip through Nicaragua, this accommodation in Las Peñitas was by far the best. Everything was thought through down to the smallest detail and simply breathtaking—you can immediately feel how much love, passion, and professionalism have gone into this place. The pool was spotless at all times, and the garden area was very idyllic, quiet, and inviting—a perfect place to unwind and relax. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable: only about 15 meters on foot, at most 30 meters across the street—you really can’t get any closer. The restaurant was an absolute highlight and felt more like a gourmet restaurant than a typical hotel kitchen. The paella in particular was simply phenomenal. Here, too, you immediately notice the high standards of quality. The staff were consistently attentive, present, and very warm without ever being intrusive. The owners themselves are incredibly kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They keep an eye on everything and take great care of their guests with genuine dedication. The rooms were perfect: there were two different soaps (a fruity hand soap at the sink and a separate shower soap), as well as two different pillow firmness options—one soft and one firm—so you could choose what suited your neck and sleeping comfort best. The beds were neither too hard nor too soft, not worn out at all—simply perfect. Everything felt like new and was impeccably clean down to the last corner. We also really appreciated the additional amenities: yoga mats could be borrowed to enjoy a private yoga session above the restaurant in complete peace. There were also hammocks available for guests to use freely—pure relaxation. Another big plus were the organized tours: excellently planned, with English-speaking guides, pick-up directly at the hotel, and return transport included. Set in Las Peñitas, a few steps from Las Peñitas Beach, Hotel Cabañas Puesta del Sol offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed at and made such beautiful memories here. The host is so kind and so accommodating and all the staff are so nice. The food at the restaurant is so delicious and we were able to order it to the pool and our room! Super close to the beach and so many good restaurants. Cute cat at the property too. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Nicaragua 🥰

Providing a bar, the property is located within a few steps of El Transito Beach. i am so impressed by the attentions and the beauty of this place and location. There are very few places left on the planet with this feeling of peace and rest. The village is a traditional community of fishermen and the beach is just stunning!!!! SUNSET ALERT!! A beautiful wave just at the door step literally. The room was so fresh and so many details were though of. I really enjoyed the delicious food and juices, the staff, EVERYTHING. Again the quality was stunning. I lovvvvved the fish burger so much. I travel a lot in Nicaragua and this definetly is like a vacation in a vacation.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile during our 10 day stay. The owner Silvana was an amazing hostess, quick.to.offer tips for dining out, day trips. Etc. She organized our transportation and a tour of the Juan Venado Nature Preserve. The entire venue was always spotless, the room was just right and comfortable and a good price for the room, food and drinks. We enjoyed the quiet relaxing atmosphere and gazing at the ocean every day.

The courtyard garden, hallways, sitting areas and pool are all inviting with plenty of art and antiques. Service is excellent starting with reception through to the restaurant and housekeeping. Our courtyard-facing room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast overlooking the courtyard garden is good. The hotel is situated in the center of town just steps away from Leon’s many interesting sites and good restaurants.
