Everyone here was great! They were friendly and patient. Included breakfast was nothing like the buffet or continental type and was great! The front desk boys helped a lot by carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Great location! Great service!!

They were so easy to communicate with and so accommodating! We needed an extra night - no problem! I wanted a decent jewelry store and got all the advise. We got a packed breakfast when we had to leave at 4am for the Inca trail. The wonderful chef made me coffee outside of our allotted breakfast time. Honestly, nothing was too much for this hotels team! We would stay here again and again. Highly recommended!
