Everyone here was great! They were friendly and patient. Included breakfast was nothing like the buffet or continental type and was great! The front desk boys helped a lot by carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. Great location! Great service!!

Friendly staff Comfortable rooms (just the bathroom smelled a bit but i think its normal for the town) with a beautiful view breakfast was surprisingly good and generous there were adorable cats in the property

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location, walking distance from plaza de armas and train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and they offer lunch bag for the ones leaving early.

They were so easy to communicate with and so accommodating! We needed an extra night - no problem! I wanted a decent jewelry store and got all the advise. We got a packed breakfast when we had to leave at 4am for the Inca trail. The wonderful chef made me coffee outside of our allotted breakfast time. Honestly, nothing was too much for this hotels team! We would stay here again and again. Highly recommended!

Luxurious furnishings, professional staff, fantastic rooms and great food! The ‘little touches’ like fresh tea in the room and a hot water bottle in the bed at night made the experience even more memorable.

Viajero Cusco offers a unique experience with its Sonqo restaurant, outdoor terrace, live music, and themed parties. Great location and the facilities are awesome. Super clean. Staff were great, particularly Elvira and Diana at front desk! Would stay here again.
