The room and common places are sensational, phenomenal. This is the sole reason to stay here. It's like in a museum. AC is really good too. Beds are good. The pool is nice.

The rooms and space is very traditional of a home stay. Simple but comfortable. If I come back to Iquitos, I will be staying here again.

Situated in Iquitos in the Loreto region, Central Bed & Breakfast has a garden. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. The owner and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helped us with booking bus tickets, organising laundry service on a Sunday, etc. The bed was really big and comfortable, including well working air conditioning.

Fitzcarrald Hotel is set in Iquitos. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. We spent the night in Iquitos either side of our trip out to an Amazon lodge, we loved our stay here and even looked forward to returning after our trip. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful and clearly pride themselves on delivering a nice stay to all their guests. The showers we hot and the aircon was great after coming from a cooler climate to the heat of the jungle. Breakfast was nice and fresh and the young man at reception helped us organise laundry and airport transfers very helpful, thank you for our stay!

Amazon Dream Hostel with AC and Starlink provides air-conditioned rooms in Iquitos. The property has river and city views. The guest house features family rooms. Before even arriving, we appreciated Chip & Yessica’s prompt responses to our questions & their efficiency in arranging details like airport pick-up. The hostel is in a great location. It has amazing views over the river. Conveniently located behind a fruit & vegetable market, it is also only a block or so from the scenic Malecon & the main historic plaza. The hostel is magical. The high-ceilinged rooms are completely covered with vividly coloured murals. It reeks of charm. We took a room with a private bathroom. It was huge & the one wall was solid window looking out onto the river. The room is well-appointed with a bar fridge, reading lamps, etc. linens & great wifi provided. The common room (where an excellent breakfast can be served) also has these amazing windows & views. Chip speaks English & he & Yessica have been in Iquitos a long while so can answer all questions.

Directly on the banks of the Amazon, these lovely secure, air conditioned apartments and studios have free Fibre Optic and Starlink WIFI. The staff and property where fabulous. They arranged a taxi from the airport to the property and the driver escorted me to the door as it was early in the morning. When I arrived at the property at 5:30am they kindly let me into my room as check in was not until 1:00pm. The room was very clean as was the rest of the property. The common area had places to sit with a beautiful view of the river. The staff arranged for a tour guide to walk me through the market to explore. The property is very quiet and comfortable. It very convenient for walking to restaurants, the market,the square and anything of interest in the area. Thank you,

Hostal Maravilla Amazónica is set in Iquitos and offers a terrace and a shared lounge. The property features river and quiet street views. It's quite close to Belen Market, which is both good (if you like outdoor food markets - think raw meat, vegetables, and loads of people) and not always great (think smells, dirt, and higher crime).

Casa de Perú Iquitos- Hotel & Restaurant is located in Iquitos. With free WiFi, this 3-star hotel has a shared lounge and a bar. The accommodation provides karaoke and luggage storage space. Very clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. It’s simple but for this price it’s very good value! And with moto taxi it was easy to move around. Mototaxi costs 5 soles for trip. Going to the airport very early morning was easy too. I booked this place twice. Highly recommend!
