The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from excellent restaurants, cafés, and a shopping mall. But what stood out the most was the honesty and kindness of the staff. I accidentally left my wallet in the lounge near the concierge desk while checking out. On my way to the airport, a staff member called to let me know they had found it. I rushed back and retrieved it — not a single dollar was missing. I was in such a hurry I didn’t get to thank her properly, but the humility and integrity I experienced here left a lasting impression.
