The staff were exceptional. Ana was very friendly and helpful. I was very early arriving and they looked after my bags at reception before I checked in while I went out in a trip. I was going to get back late from my trip and just to be on the safe side they took my bags up to my room for me and stayed in touch with me with assistance in case I missed the front desk. They were so friendly and very helpful. The location was excellent and convenient for the sites of the old down. It was easy to reach by public transport from the main railway station. The room and bathroom were huge and really nice with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely with excellent choices. It was an absolute bargain aswell.

Very friendly and proffessional staff, especially Petru the cleaner and Katarina the receptionist. Nice food, very clean and cozy rooms and the beatiful view on the whole city from the swimming top on the roof.

The hotel is modern and located 5 minutes walk from a very nice mall with a big supermarket and many stores and places to eat. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel crew is amazing, everyone is very nice, patient and willing to help with any issue. I would like to mention especially Sena and Alexandru from the reception, who made our stay wonderful.
