The app used as a key worked extremely well. The staff was wonderfully responsive to requests. The villa is very well stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. I recommend trying Vidhave off-season for utter peace and tranquility. Bus is just a 3 minute walk and takes 10 minutes to arrive in Visby. So close to hiking trails and nature. Highly recommend.

The glamping tent we stayed in was very comfortable, great bed, tasteful furniture and nice attention to detail: there was an umbrella in the room, ear plugs in case of wind noise etc. Private bathroom also nicely decorated. Lovely host couple, super friendly. And the breakfast exceeded expectations. Yes we had dinner which was good and reasonably priced.

Breakfasts and dinners were both beautifully prepared and delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. For all of Strandakar’s charms and beauty, it is the hosts are the magic that makes this place special and one to return to again. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

The apartment is also spacious with multiple beds. The communication was also clear, quick, and friendly. No better value in the town. Can’t recommend this spot enough as the perfect base to explore Visby from.
