Extremely convenient and beautiful building ran by kind people, from the first receptionist to the bar tender Elee and Alvan and a sweet man we met named Joel that was helping with a Maitenence issue! Everyone was so sweet - we had the best time and left a part of our hearts in Kiruna! Can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel… also, get the junior suite! It’s worth it and hit the spa!!

Lo que mas me gustó fue lo local que se sentía el espacio, manteniendo la comodidad que podria esperarse de un lugar en el que se pasará una estadía. Pero no puedo dejar de mencionar a los hosts que estuvieron a disposición de responder cualquier duda. Volvería mil veces.

It really makes you experience a truly white Christmas. It also gave us the experience of crossing over a frozen river. Our igloo was spectacular. We were able to see the magnificent display of the Northern lights inside our igloo. The lounge area is cozy and gives off a homey feeling. The staff and manager are really friendly and accommodating, most especially Tony. From the time he picked us up from the airport, we arrived a bit earlier than the set meeting time but he was already there waiting for us and offered to drive us by a grocery store since it was the holidays and the stores will be closing earlier than usual. He helped us get settled in our igloo. We had encountered a mistake in our booking for our Christmas bbq dinner and Tony offered us to spend and have our Christmas dinner in his Home with his family. We experienced a truly Swedish Christmas dinner. Our experience was truly unforgettable. 10/10 highly recommended 👌🏻💯
