The host was lovely. We were provided with a variety of leaflets with activities in the local area(alongside a few glasses of wine). We definitely recommend Sabotin for the WW1 caves and tunnels and the stunning views. The apartment is beautiful. We could watch the sunrise across the vineyards from the bedroom. The bed was so comfy. We loved the Nespresso machine and pods! We wished we stayed longer. The local wine bar is lovely with nice views. There is a lot to do in the area around Smartno.

Our stay here was wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better - right at the heart of the Brda area, close to many charming small towns, great wineries, and excellent restaurants. The room itself was fantastic - beautifully designed and full of warmth and character. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and tasty selections that made each morning a treat. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable place in Brda.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, everything we needed was provided, plus even coffee and local wine. Erika is an amazingly gracious hostess, thank you again, will always like to come back!

The property was in ideal condition and terrace outside provided the beautiful view to the vineyards around. The hosts went out the reach to please us with all sorts of edible and drinksble freebe-s. Very nice people!

The location was great, with a phenomenal view into Italy over their vineyards. The breakfast was nice and the host, Nena, made us eggs to order each morning with freshly brewed coffee to boot. We made liberal use of the sauna and pool and in room wines! Very happy with our stay and would recommend any one who is looking to relax to stay at Villa Vajta.

We booked the large suite for our stay. The full kitchen in the suite was very helpful for making at home meals and snacks. We loved every aspect of this place. The view, the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, and the quality of the interior finishes made it really feel luxurious. The fact that we could just walk down the stairs to the restaurant below and have appetizers, a glass of wine, and dinner was a special part of our experience. The included breakfast was also incredible, and we looked forward to it every day! The dinner was the absolute best, too! The staff was lovely, welcoming, kind, and competent. We stayed towards the end of October, and got to spend some good time with a few of the brothers. It was great to hear their story. One small thing to be aware of for people with mobility issues, is that the stairs leading up to the loft of the large suites are kind of steep. We will 100% stay again!!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Milena and her family are the perfect hosts their love for Peterc, the area, the vines and other local produce, the interior design and artwork, everything has been carefully thought through to make your stay truly memorable. The food is delicious and freshly prepared and the wine is really good. Having a glass of chilled white on the veranda overlooking Brda is just wonderful. We hired e-bikes and did an awesome ride through the area. Milena organised this for us with Bike Vibe. We also did one of the Cherry Trail hikes from the property.
