Maison Zarafah is one of those rare gems you may be lucky enough to come across on your travels. Tucked away on a hillside, a ten-minute easy walk up from the beach in the red-dusted sands on the Popenguine, this beautiful building sits in the middle of a walled-in lush garden with both shade and sun, a beautiful pool, and—best of all—a real sense of community, family and warm hospitality. I loved everything about this stay, especially the wonderful hosts Mame and Moussa, as well as Mia and the overall brilliant group of people who make it look effortless to make you feel at home. - Spacious, cool, comfortable rooms and giant bed - Delicious food, always freshly prepared by the chef team inquiring about exactly what you like - Such tranquility and sense of community - New, beautiful building - So well-priced and worth every penny I have stayed at other places in Popenguine and I can truly say I will never stay anywhere else again. Keur des Pecheurs was a home from home for me. There is great attention paid to general cleanliness of property. The staff are so incredibly friendly. Ivan and Khady are great hosts, did everything possible to make our stay easy, comfortable and memorable. From helping organizing excursions to airport transfers and fishing expeditions. The food is of a very good standard, fresh and delicious and the cocktails too!

We recently stayed at Keur Ama, and from the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail and the hospitality were truly remarkable. The room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. We appreciated the cozy bedding, the Wi-Fi, the Tv channels. The guest house itself is in a peaceful area, offering a much-needed retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The breakfast served was included in the price and honestly it was just what we needed (jam, coffee, Eggs, fruits, juices, Baguettes, Chocolate paste, Hot chocolate..) we also enjoyed the garden, swimming pool.. Overall, Keur Ama is perfect for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and affordability. It was absolutely stunning, food delicious, rooms exceptional, owners and staff friendly but respecting privacy. It was really a true boutique hotel. We also did there some beautiful local cruft shopping in their atelier and all was just perfect.

I loved the pool and the garden, and everything inside the property is such nice quality. It is clear this place is well looked after and cared for. 5 mins from the beach!
