Very nice local shampoo. We stayed for 1 day and after went back for 3 more. The host are so welcoming and friendly. Look forward for the breakfast. Served on a table clothes, home made bread, perfectly cooked eggs.. Its so quiet and peaceful by the pool with stunning view over the jungle. The rent out motorbikes and host even helped us with booking transportation to Bangkok. Also is close to Long beach and port on the north. Prefect

Drifter’s Anchor in Koh Chang is something special. Stayed here a week and it ended up being one of the best experiences I’ve had whilst travelling. Koh Chang itself is an incredible island, and Drifter’s makes you experience it properly. The resort is high up on the mountain. There’s a few steps to get up there however it’s more than worth it. The sunsets from up there are unreal: must be the best viewpoint on the island but not many people know of it. Drifters creates a proper community vibe. There are private bungalows and hostel rooms, which gives a good mix of people (but not overcrowded). Luke and Ben, the two brothers & owners from Canada, are genuinely cool guys and make everyone feel welcome from the moment you arrive. I honestly made friends for life while staying there. They built Drifter’s Anchor by hand, and you can really feel the care and effort that’s gone into it. They’re always eager to get people out together, which adds massively to the community feel. While I was there, we all went on days out all around the island, It wasn’t forced and wasn’t guaranteed. If you’d rather just chill, relax, and enjoy the views, this place is perfect for that too. The boys can arrange scooters or bikes to be delivered straight to the resort, and they’ll pinpoint all the best spots on your map so you can explore the island with spots rarely known to non locals. This isn’t just somewhere to sleep—it’s a place that stays with you. Incredible views, genuine people, and hosts who truly care about the experience you have. I genuinely can’t recommend Drifter’s Anchor enough and I’ll definitely be back.

I had a great time here and they are very kind, they always help you with everything you need, I hope to return definitely, a beautiful island and a beautiful place.

They are charming and great to talk to. There’s everything you need to know, excluding luxury, in the bungalows. Now it’s off season and very peaceful

Every corner of this place is carefully looked after and very charming, plants, decorations, all the small and not so small details. Originally we planned to stay 1 night, ended up staying 2 and came back for 5 more nights when a room became available. Notice there are rooms with shared bathroom and others with private bathrooms.

Everything was perfect for the price we paid, staying in the bungalow with the view is amazing, the view is one of the best. The staff is also great and you have a good restaurant just next to it. The barber is also great!
