The hotel staff is exceptionally kind, room service was quick and left adorable towel art, and the breakfast is spectacular. A member of staff makes fresh omelettes with a range of ingredients, or any kind of egg you could want. There's everything you can imagine and a few days we were there the breakfast had cold coconut water on tap which I personally loved. The hotel theming is out of this world.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, especially Effie and Minmin, who stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp and provided all the guidance we needed with warmth and professionalism. I honestly wish I had spent my entire trip in Phuket at this property. Highly recommended!
