The guest house is just a very short walk from the historic park and the weekend night market. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom designed so that the shower water was contained and didn't make the entire floor wet. A refrigerator was a nice touch. And there was coffee, toast and cookies in the morning -- not exactly breakfast but something to hold you over until you can walk to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Not many people’s idea of breakfast, but a lovingly prepared meal? I’m not complaining! If you’re lucky enough to score on of the bungalow units, you will have an entire verandah to yourself. But even if you didn’t manage to get one of the bungalows, the longhouse also has ample communal space for relaxation overlooking a small rice field.

Situato nel quartiere Mueang Kao di Sukhothai, Phu Thai Resort dista 1,6 km da Parco Storico di Sukhothai. I had a bike accident in transit so arrived late. When the owners saw me torn and tattered they bundled me in their car and drove me to a pharmacy to get bandages etc. then waited about 20 mins for me to buy some food. That does beyond the call of duty. The rooms were extremely clean and the bed was perfect for me. Great place to stay.

We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. The accommodation was spacious with a comfortable, large bed and lots of outside space. Breakfast good with a big enough choice and the staff were really helpful (arranging pick up from Phitsanulok train station, transport around Sukothai etc). A great pool to cool off in and easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants.

A pochi minuti dal parco storico. Le signore sono disponibilissime, amabili e sempre pronte ad aiutare. Mi hanno rimediato una bicicletta con seggiolino dietro per mia figlia così da poter usare la bici nella visita del parco archeologico. Colazione inclusa e anche la bici (non la mia perché era di un'altro posto ma comunque economica dato che l ho pagata 30 bath). Aria condizionata in camera, stanza pulita. Anche il frigo in camera.Tutto perfetto, grazie mille!

Dotato di terrazza, The Yard Sukhothai Old Town è un alloggio a Sukhothai che propone la vista sul giardino e il WiFi gratuito. Exceptional place. Super clean, beautiful, huge bed, huge bathroom. Exceptional yard. Excellent location about 2 blocks from historical park entrance. Owner super nice but not intrusive at all. There if you need her but other than that you don't see her. Nicest place we've stayed in Thialand and we've been all over. Highly recommend this place!

This is one of the most beautiful farm villas we have ever experienced. The setting is absolutely breathtaking — surrounded by lush coconut trees, vibrant gardens, and endless views of rice fields as far as the eye can see. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with fresh, delicious smoothies and refreshing ginger iced tea — a wonderful touch after our long journey. Throughout our stay, the hospitality was beyond anything we expected. On several occasions, we received complimentary treats like fresh watermelon, bottled water, snacks, and smoothies delivered right to our room, without even asking. What truly left a lasting impression was the kindness and dedication of the Villa Manager. On the day of our departure, our scheduled Grab car to the airport didn’t show up. Without hesitation, the Manager personally offered to drive us to the airport in her own car. That level of care and genuine hospitality is something we will never forget. Everything about our stay was exceptional — from the serene environment to the thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with world-class hospitality. This is not the Four Seasons Hotel, but the services will make even (Mr. Isadore Sharp) the Founder and Chairman of The Four Seasons Hotel proud.

In un punto attraente in zona Mueang Kao a Sukhothai, Baan Khun Ya Sukhothai Old City offre un giardino. Located within Sukhothai old town, 5 minutes walking distance from the central zone of monuments. There's a 7-11 and the Wintour "bus station" less than 5 minutes away. The room is cozy and the bed comfortable; drinking water is provided free of charge. Bathrooms are shared but I never found it busy when I needed it. The host is a nice welcoming woman who, despite the language barrier, made sure I did not lack anything. I even got a bicycle to explore the city during my 2-day stay.

The breakfast is so delicious that we always finished all. Hotel located at the center area, so it’s convenient to go to the historical park or night market, and not noisy at all since it’s not on side of the main road. Definitely recommend it to my friends!
