Situated in Sukhothai, 600 metres from Sukhothai Historical Park, Old City Guest House features accommodation with a shared lounge and free private parking. The guest house is just a very short walk from the historic park and the weekend night market. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom designed so that the shower water was contained and didn't make the entire floor wet. A refrigerator was a nice touch. And there was coffee, toast and cookies in the morning -- not exactly breakfast but something to hold you over until you can walk to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Located in Sukhothai, 3.7 km from Sukhothai Historical Park, BuGaan Sukhothai Village provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Rooms are super clean. Pool is beautiful. Not a lot of units so not to busy.

Once you enter the compound, you feel like you’re being invited to stay with a local family! You’ll be well-looked after. They serve you breakfast daily and it’s not just a typical buffet style sitting on a long table for hours. The hosts will ask what time you’d like breakfast to be served, and on the dot, they will bring you a freshly cooked meal - soup, rice, meat, veg! Not many people’s idea of breakfast, but a lovingly prepared meal? I’m not complaining! If you’re lucky enough to score on of the bungalow units, you will have an entire verandah to yourself. But even if you didn’t manage to get one of the bungalows, the longhouse also has ample communal space for relaxation overlooking a small rice field.

Located in the Mueang Kao district of Sukhothai, Phu Thai Resort is 1.6 km from Sukhothai Historical Park. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We stayed here for two nights and were very happy with the stay! The room is of good size and very clean. The house has a fridge outside the room where you can store things and the bathroom is well equipped. The highlight here is the host. We needed help stitching something up and he took it to town for us and got it done. He allowed us to use bikes for free which we used to explore the historical park. He even took us for free to the bus station the day we left. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxed. You are 15 minutes by bike from the main area of the town. We highly recommend staying here and visiting the ruins!

Situated in Sukhothai, 2.7 km from Sukhothai Historical Park, BaanSuk Sukhothai Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. BaanSuk resoet has a beautiful location, 10 minutes away from the historical park of Sukhothai you can reach with the resort's free bikes. The pool is wonderful with clean and warm water so you can enjoy it also in the evening. The rooms are all disposed around the pool so you can enjoy a super view on the garden which gives you a sense of relax. The staff was very kind, they knew that we had to leave early so they prepared us the breakfast one hour before their schedule. The room is big with a large bathroom and a huge shower, everything super clean. Excellent staff and resort overall, our best stay in Thailand.

Set in Sukhothai, 1.2 km from Sukhothai Historical Park, Moat View offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Rooms are fitted with a balcony. Fantastic value for money, amazing location next to the archeological park and the hospitality was nothing short of incredible! The owner provided us with bikes to explore the sites and her own personal motorcycle free of charge! She prepared a rich and tasty home cooked breakfast for us everyday, and as if all that weren’t enough, on our departure day she called the bus company to arrange a pick up closer to our location and drove us to the pickup spot herself, without us even asking. Thank you so much for everything! We’ll never forget you! 🙏🏼

Boasting garden views, The Yard Sukhothai Old Town offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 700 metres from Sukhothai Historical Park. Exceptional place. Super clean, beautiful, huge bed, huge bathroom. Exceptional yard. Excellent location about 2 blocks from historical park entrance. Owner super nice but not intrusive at all. There if you need her but other than that you don't see her. Nicest place we've stayed in Thialand and we've been all over. Highly recommend this place!

This is one of the most beautiful farm villas we have ever experienced. The setting is absolutely breathtaking — surrounded by lush coconut trees, vibrant gardens, and endless views of rice fields as far as the eye can see. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with fresh, delicious smoothies and refreshing ginger iced tea — a wonderful touch after our long journey. Throughout our stay, the hospitality was beyond anything we expected. On several occasions, we received complimentary treats like fresh watermelon, bottled water, snacks, and smoothies delivered right to our room, without even asking. What truly left a lasting impression was the kindness and dedication of the Villa Manager. On the day of our departure, our scheduled Grab car to the airport didn’t show up. Without hesitation, the Manager personally offered to drive us to the airport in her own car. That level of care and genuine hospitality is something we will never forget. Everything about our stay was exceptional — from the serene environment to the thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with world-class hospitality. This is not the Four Seasons Hotel, but the services will make even (Mr. Isadore Sharp) the Founder and Chairman of The Four Seasons Hotel proud.

Featuring a garden, Baan Khun Ya Sukhothai Old City is situated in the Mueang Kao district in Sukhothai. Located within Sukhothai old town, 5 minutes walking distance from the central zone of monuments. There's a 7-11 and the Wintour "bus station" less than 5 minutes away. The room is cozy and the bed comfortable; drinking water is provided free of charge. Bathrooms are shared but I never found it busy when I needed it. The host is a nice welcoming woman who, despite the language barrier, made sure I did not lack anything. I even got a bicycle to explore the city during my 2-day stay.

Featuring inner courtyard views, J House Has Love features accommodation with massage services and a patio, around less than 1 km from Sukhothai Historical Park. The property was clean and tidy and very spacious! A nice modern touch with comfy beds! The staff who run the place were attentive, kind and hospitable. We had breakfast delivered to our table every morning- traditional and fresh. The owner couldn’t do enough for him and we would certainly return should we pass through again.
