Offering mountain views, leisurely Inn is an accommodation situated in Leye, 32 km from Jiao Lung Waterfall and 37 km from Chiayi Tower. This is a great place - it's super clean and comfortable, almost next to a bus stop and easy walking distance to the village and the trails. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. As we are interested in tea and he is a tea farmer we were able to learn so much about tea making and production. There's always coffee, tea and snacks available. Highly recommended - this is in fact the first review I ever write, but that´s because we liked Leisurely Inn so much.

Set 25 km from Wufeng Park and 34 km from Alishan Forest Railway, Slow House features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, terrace and seating area. Brilliant place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen facilities are all clean and well equipped. Located 1min walk from the Xiding bus stop, which makes travelling anywhere between Alishan and Chiayi very easy. Also a pretty good view of the sunrise from the front porch.

Set in Dalin, 6.2 km from Nami Movement Leisure Campus, Romance Guest House offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and a tour desk. 2 mins walk to the railway station 🚉 Close to local breakfast 🍳 🥞 蛋饼，stingy tofu 臭豆腐, morning market . The friendly front desk lady rode me to the dalin night market 😋😋😋 I liked the retro, vintage design and modern experience of this guesthouse. Like entering into a Taiwanese drama studio setting. Time travel machine back into the 60s.

Offering free bikes and city view, 郵系空間民宿 is situated in Zhuqi, 10 km from Wufeng Park and 12 km from Chiayi Park. It was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was very strong and the TV had many channels. The host was very warm, welcoming, diligent, friendly, and helpful. There is a great night market and many stores nearby.

Offering a terrace and mountain view, Drizzle Tea House is set in Fenchihu, 37 km from Wufeng Park and 42 km from Chiayi Tower. I like to see the tea plantations along the slopes as you hike around. I think beyond drinking and learning about tea, staying at Drizzle gave me a deeper sense of appreciation. Also do join in the tea ceremony to learn about the tea Drizzle makes. The red tea was gorgeous 😍!

Offering a garden and mountain view, Hongpeng Coffee Station Homestay is set in Meishan, 5.8 km from Meishan Taiping Old Street and 24 km from Janfunsun Fancy World. The place is run by a family. The son helped us carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. The place has no elevator. Our room is huge with all the basic amenities. It's got a great view from the patio. On clear days one can view the sun rise there. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It's about a 10 min drive from the Tai Ping sky ladder. There are no resturants close by, so grab your bento from the Tai Ping old street. Highly recommended.

Offering a garden and quiet street view, One Roll Stone Homestay is situated in Fanlu, 18 km from Chiayi Tower and 19 km from Lantan Reservoir. Beautiful location, stunning views! The owner was so kind and helpful. They has foot baths available overlooking the gorgeous mountains. Zero complaints about this stay!

Located within 31 km of Jiao Lung Waterfall and 34 km of Alishan Forest Railway, Alishan Hinoki B&B offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Leye. Friendly staff, great location in the Alishan (easy to get the bus to and from). The rooftop was amazing and great nearby restaurant.

Boasting mountain views, Rainy Pleasure provides accommodation with patio, around 7.4 km from Meishan Taiping Old Street. Everything was excellent! Andy as host was fantastic, explaining everything, very helpful with everything I needed. Beautiful house and landscapes around. Clean room, white towels and sheets, very soft. If you looking for an escape from crowd and touristic areas this is a place for you. I was traveling alone and felt so safe in the Rainy Pleasure. Breakfast served on the tarace with breathtaking view. I want to come back there for sure! Thank you Andy

山旅民宿, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Meishan, 5.6 km from Jiao Lung Waterfall, 29 km from Alishan Forest Railway, as well as 42 km from Hebaoshantonghua Park. The views were really nice and peaceful.
