My room had an ocean view, and my neighbor below had a balcony. The capsules are private and nice. You can reach The First from Hengchun or Zuoying via Kenting tourist shuttle bus 9189. And I departed on bus 9117B to Donggang. Both routes accept Easy Card. Nanwan is an ideal base for scuba diving with Houbihu DivePro 南青潛水. The dive guide picked me up at The First for NT$200. I enjoyed day trips to Sail Rock at sunset, Longpan Park for sunrise, Hengchun for the city wall and restaurants, and Eluanbi for its lighthouse, sea views, and amazing paths. The ATM at Seven Eleven accepted my international debit card. The weather in March is perfect for me.

Very cute place! Very clean and the host was so sweet. Comfortable bed and plenty of outlets to charge everything we need.
