Very nice place to stay with lovely staff. We had a massive room and there was a washing machine in the King Suite that was quite useful to do laundry, however a clothesline to hang clothes would have been appreciated. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a luggage storage facility which is great and easy to use. We had an issue with the room key not working at the entrance and they were very responsive on Line. There’s a little plastic door on the card reader and you’re supposed to open it even though sometimes it works fine without opening it. The wifi is very good, we were working remotely and had video calls and had no connection issues. Highly recommend Chapter 127 for anyone who needs a place to stay in Tainan.

The place was a bit hard to find at first, but the neighbors were all really helpful in pointing it out. There's a bunch of amenities in the entrance for guests, including snacks, coffee, tea, plates, and a sitting room. Can store your bag before check in or after living. The window of the room face into the courtyard of the building. Overall a great stay!
