A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, rugalmas és kedves volt. A szoba felszereltsége nagyszerű, főleg a hűtőt, a gőzvasalót és a kapszulás kávéfőzőt emelném ki, amihez a kapszulákat mindig pótolták a szoba takarítás során. A kilátás is szép volt. Nem volt gond a kaució visszaadásával sem. Nagyon hasznos volt az ágyba beépítet tároló, főleg ha hosszabb időre érkezik az ember.
