The beds were perfect, super comfortable and warm. After a day of walking around the city, lying down in a comfortable bed is wonderful. Newly Renovated The Dagny Boston, Steps from Top Attractions. Offering a restaurant and a fitness centre, The Dagny Boston is located in Boston city centre. WiFi access is available. We just wrapped up a fantastic 8-night stay at the Dagny, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. After our first night, I reached out to the concierge about the noise from the main road outside, which was making it hard to sleep. Edina immediately offered to move us to the quieter side of the hotel and even upgraded us to a premium suite—an unexpected highlight of our holiday! The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs, as outside sounds are noticeable, but the quality of the accommodations more than made up for it. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the financial district, with a quick 5-minute walk to the train station from the airport (near the aquarium). It’s also close to the North End, downtown, and Quincy Market, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. We tried both of the hotel’s restaurants: Fin Point was perfect for lunch, dinner, and drinks, with fantastic food and a friendly staff. The Tradesman was always bustling in the mornings, offering great coffee and pastries. As a Brit, I have to say—the Dagny truly impressed us! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

To begin with, the location is lovely. Other hotels and motels are all set right by the road. The East Rock inn is set at the end of the long driveway in a much quieter, green area with a nice lawn with chairs to relax. The check-in process is super easy. I find it very relaxing not having to deal with staff. The code to your door also gives you access to a common room with some amenities. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities that you needed like fridge, safe and kettle.
