Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä parkkipaikka, tilava huone. 15-20 minuuttia kävellen Disneylandiin ja 10 minuuttia kävellen Walmartin Neighborhood Markettiin, josta sai ostettua aamupalatarvikkeet. Pyykinpesua varten 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä oleva kolikkopesula oli kätevä.
