We were delighted to explore every morning, returning with chestnuts to roast in the fireplace. The village nearby is true to the habits and culture of this region, where cattle and farming are most life defining. The cottage is well equipped, the bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable to sleep in. The porch is an amazing place to hangout with a cup of tea. We are very grateful for the time we spent there. Gitte is a very caring host and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and the place was always nice and warm for us. Thank you! We will be back!

The rooms were clean and the linens and towels were as well. They provided an extra blanket. They had ramen to offer in case you didn’t have food with you.
