The place is great, amazing views, the houses are big, comfortable, lovely bathroom and veranda. There are really good outdoor and indoor play areas for kids.

- Staff are so lovely and accommodating, especially Eva! Floory, the cat, is also part of the crew and very friendly :) - Clean rooms with guaranteed hot showers - The location is excellent and less than 5 minutes walk to the ski gondola Bansko - The breakfast is excellent and it’s 5€ only! - The pool, Sauna and massage area are clean and tidy My partner and I really enjoyed the stay and we’d certainly stay again if we ever visit Bansko again.

The apartment was extremely spacious and full of light. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and amazing mountain view from both rooms. The breakfast and restaurant were also tasty, with large variety of offered food. The pool was big, with possibility to put sun beds outside when sunny and warm.

Shiny clean and cozy room and bathroom, hot shower, comfortable beds, wi-fi, small fridge in the room. Polite and hospitable hosts. Parking spot. Total relax in the beautiful garden with kids facilities. Amazing kitchen and dining room on the ground floor offers all you need to prepare and enjoy your coffee or full course meals.

The bungalow that we stayed in had everything we needed - was spacious, clean and had a great outdoor patio with sun beds. We also had a view of the pool outside. The bathroom was large and comfortable. We requested a baby crib and the staff obliged. The food was excellent and we had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the property as a result. The pool wasn’t the biggest, but it was well heated and very relaxing. Overall the atmosphere was amazing, staff were very friendly, and we had a fun family weekend.

The room was large and clean ,they had even bathrobe for kids . The staff was allways helpfull and with a smile . The food was verry good with a lot to choose from ( salads and desert exceded my expectation)

Caring and helpful host, clean and warm rooms, comfy beds, tasty home-made breakfast, perfect location- close to the city Centre and the Gondola lift, green areas to walk your dog 1-2 min away. You can get food to your room from next door Veranda restaurant.
