Great location with a nice view. The bed was very comfortable (soft) ulike the many hard beds in Greece. The balcony was nice and spacious with sun beds, chairs and table. The host, Petrus was extremely helpful and kind

The facility is new, modern, clean and comfortable. The lake view was amazing! The linen smelled really nice and the towels are fluffy. Toilet and bath was squeaky clean and a good size. There was a complete set of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Our bed was firm and wide! And the key holder/hanger by the door was a nice touch. There is good coffee if you need it although it is not part of the buffet. There’s a great view of the sunset by the pool and from our balcony. The staff did their best to help us.

Second time we visit. Wonderful views of pool and Ionian sea from room! Perfectly located for sunset. Absolute privacy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for couples to enjoy romantic and relaxing holidays. Spa and gym complete the "menu". Close (by car) to the lively city of Preveza, for a day/night out, if you dare leaving the room... Personel respect your privacy and are flexible with housekeeping. Meals can be served in the room.

We felt at home instantly. Everything we could possibly need was there. Hosts were generous, responsive and genuinely polite. We loved the sea view from the living room window. Spotlessly clean and welcoming, Sunsetview House is the perfect solution for families and groups of friends. Strongly recommended.

Excellent place to stay! The apartment has everything you need - kitchen, washing machine, super modern bathroom, big fridge, plenty of wardrobes, two verandas to enjoy the sunsets, super comfortable bed and stunning views! The place is very clean and spacious and the host is super friendly and discreet at the same time. I definitely recommend the flat to anyone who wants to really enjoy the stay! Probably the best place to stay in the region!
