The location is fabulous. Beautiful view from the balcony,both sunrise and sunset. The apartment is nicely decorated.The sea is literally a few steps from the house. Our dog could swim in the sea, nobody complained,so hopefully future guests won't ruin it. 2 air cons are really good when it's over 35 degrees.Tanya was really nice, always available and ready to help. I wanna give a bad review,so I can always book it,but I cannot be that selfish. Thanks for having us

Owned and run by a family, this was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Tina and her family are very friendly and welcoming, they make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect. Homemade breakfast is very tasty with lots of pastry and desert options as well. The room and other areas are spotless clean. Tina also helped us about places to go not only in Spetses but other islands as well. Great sunset and sunrise views from the balcony.

Fantastic apartment, large balconies with amazing sea views and sunset. Upstairs, downstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms. Kitchen was very well equiped and a large veranda table to eat on and see the setting sun.

Location and view - great. Room was a pretty basic studio, but was very airy and clean. The terrace was generous and the window had mosquito nets. The accommodation had an outside veranda at guests' disposal to sit outside and enjoy the garden. The lady in the reception was very nice and welcoming.
