I don't get the comments about the hot water not being enough, it was enough to take long showers and also to fill the bathtub, which is a dream to bathe in the middle of that paradise by the way. Regarding breakfast everything was great too, we would tell them the night before which time we would want breakfast and what we'd want and they'd make everything possible to get what we needed, I have some intolerances and they took it into account and they adjusted to all our needs. I read some negative comments that after spending 3 nights there I don't understand, I think it's important to be humble and comprehend that no matter the price you're paying for, you have to be realistic about the place you are, in the middle of the jungle there are some things that nobody can control. (For example the lack of certain products because it's a difficult place to get to or the natural noises or the bugs, I'm not gonna rate them less for those things, it makes no sense to me 🤷🏽‍♀️) Apart from all this, the experience was incredible because the manager was available for us through WhatsApp almost 24/7 and it was just not the accommodation they provided, it was also the service. Everything we needed, from a private driver, until cooking class, massages delivered to our place, transfers to the center or dinners, Korry was there for you to make sure you got everything you needed the best and fastest way possible. The guys working there (sorry because I'm horrible with names) were always extremely kind and nice to us. I couldn't have and I wouldn't have asked for more.
