Loved the lay out. Has everything one needs to relax in nature. Excellent staff, food was delicious and so much variety. Rooms were just what I needed. Clean and spacious.

My family and I had an amazing time at Amboseli Discovery Camp. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff with a hot face towel and a refreshing welcome juice, setting the tone for a truly special experience. We were then escorted to our charming and cosy tent, which was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. It featured an ensuite bathroom with a hot shower, comfortable beds with mosquito nets, a desk, and storage space. The highlight was the lovely patio overlooking the breathtaking Mount Kilimanjaro, making the setting feel incredibly unique. Above the tent, a roof structure added even more charm to the already stunning surroundings. The camp also features a beautiful swimming pool with views of Kilimanjaro, a perfect spot for relaxation. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy it due to the weather. The common areas were beautiful. There is an upper-level viewing area with a telescope, where guests can spot wildlife or take in even more spectacular views of the mountain. It was also the perfect place to watch the most incredible and unforgettable sunsets. The space was thoughtfully arranged with books, games, and a selection of teas, coffee, and hot chocolate, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. We loved spending time there. In the evenings, guests gather around the fire pit, and this was one of my favourite moments of the stay. The food was simply divine. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options and rich flavours. You could truly feel the care and attention that went into each dish. The fresh and delicious fruits were also a highlight throughout our stay. The service provided by John, was exceptional; he was polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable. The packed picnic lunches for our game drives were generous, fresh, and very tasty. All the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay.

The food was excellent, always ready on time. The staff were very friendly and willing to serve. All in all was an excellent experience for me and my family. Will definitely be going back .

it is a simple camp, nothing fancy, but the people running it are great. the room was comfortable and the food surprised me: it was very good. The best value if you visit Amboseli

Patrick was an amazing guide, Stanley was a great waiter, and Zed was a great manager. The property and location were spectacular and the service was superb!

After 2 weeks in Africa, this was our one and only experience where we truly felt in the African Savanah!! The location is stunning, with the views of Kilimanjaro and the Savannah spreading in front of you!! It is also a small camp, meaning it does feel like a true safari experience and not a hotel vibe as it all other lodges we stayed at!! And the best, all that with the comfort of a cozy bed and warm showers!!! And for a very reasonable price point!! We highly recommend the Little Amanya Camp!!

Small remote camp with stellar views of Kilimanjaro! The staff were all super friendly and were able to help us plan a last minute game drive and nature walk with an excellent guide. Overall very good value for money. The solar panel electricity and water heater also worked surprisingly well and we didn’t have any issues with amenities.
