Open from June 2016, MyCUBE by MYSTAYS Asakusa Kuramae is conveniently located a 2-minute walk from Kuramae Station on the Toei Asakusa and Oedo lines. I didn’t expect the beds/pods to be so private - each one has its own space to pack or unpack without bothering others. The lobby has a communal space that is amazing for socializing, eating, working, reading (there’s a Manga library) etc. The bathrooms are plenty and always clean. They provide plenty of towels, pajamas and slippers. I really liked the area, it’s a bit away from the craziness but super nice with lots of places to eat. There’s an express train direct to either airports, which is super convenient.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well organized. The common showers and toilets facilities for men were spacious and provided enough privacy, which is not the case in some other capsule hotels. This hotel is just a minute walk away from the metro.
