For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The standard cabin we stayed in was very clean and had all the necessity for a comfortable stay. Communal kitchen was so well equipped and sparkling clean. Staff was flexible and understanding. Pool and the jumping pillow were a bonus for our 11 year old. It was quiet and very relaxing.
The layout of the superior one bedroom cabin is good and provided a well needed comfort stop on our road trip. It had everything we needed for a one night stop over.
the bed in cabin 12 the best I’ve slept on for a very long time. nice quiet location. checkin staff were so friendly and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveller. knowledge of local area very helpful to me coming from WA.
The location and the cabin was very well aquipped and very clean.
