Cabins in Matten

The house is very close to everything really :) 5min to the Interlaken funicular, 5 min to Interlaken Ost train station, 5 min to a supermarket. It is found in a super safe area and chill area, and there`s even a small area for kids to play in. The house was clean, had all the amenities needed in the house - kitchen fully equipped, heating system working super well, and the common area was super cozy and spacious. The host was also very friendly and fast to help when we didn`t figure out how to heat up the house. She even left a chocolate bunny for my daughter outside the door on the Easter day <3 so thoughtful!

We loved everything about this place! It had a wonderful vibe, friendly staff, fantastic room and facilities including a shared kitchen if you wanted to make yourself a cup of tea or a cheaper meal. Thank you so much Happy Inn Lodge. we will be back as soon as we can!

The location is perfect for a trip to Interlaken, hidden away from the main streets but still easily accessible.

Excellent location, great hosts, they have marked everything for us the way it was extremely easy to find the right apartment. They were very helpful. Apartments were clean, stylish, spacious and well equipped.

We would highly recommend this chalet to anyone visiting Interlaken. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience, with excellent hosts who truly care about their guests’ experience. We would happily stay here again!

The views of the Jungfrau mountains are absolutely breathtaking, making the stay even more special. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and was always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The chalet was comfortable, peaceful, and offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The entire apartment was excellent and conveniently located very close to the city center. The owner was very kind, responsive, and quick to assist with any questions or needs. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at the chalet! It was cozy, well-equipped, and the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were beautiful, and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Switzerland! We needed to extend our stay by one night, and Patrik responded swiftly and accommodated us. The transaction was smooth and easy.

Location, ambiance, size, cleanliness, everything.

We had such a great stay here! The chalet was super clean when we arrived, and the interiors are beautiful and really cozy. The beds were very comfortable, which we really appreciated after long days of sightseeing. We loved using the hot tub in the evenings, and the sauna was a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having parking for two cars nearby made things really easy for us. The location was peaceful with gorgeous views, but still close enough to Interlaken and all the places we wanted to visit. Overall, it was a really comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The photos and description do not do justice to this absolute gem of a property! We were after a quaint, quiet little get away spot with amazing views that was accessible without a car and a base from which to explore the region...so this was perfect for us. The property is a 10 minute walk from Wengwald train station. We travel light and are pretty physically able so this was no issue for us, but might be something to consider for those with mobility considerations. The directions for finding the property were clear enough. Inside the property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay, including a washing machine and anything we needed to cook meals. Peter was an excellent host. He was friendly and helpful, and also gave us plenty of space. Do yourself a favour and take make use of the hot tub. The extra cost is well worth it.

Chalet Diana is an amazing, quiet apartment with direct access as well as a great view to the beautiful Brienzersee. The apartment was fully equipped, easy to find, and had good access to public transport to Riggenberg center and to Interlaken. Check-in was very easy, despite our late arrival, Diana and her daughter showed us around. Cooking basics were also available in the kitchen.

Amazing village, highly recommended You can reach interlaken in 20 mins by taking a bus that runs every house. They give a free pass for bus rides within interlaken

Iselwalt is a piece of heaven and the apartment ("Wagner") did not disappoint. Has direct access to a backyard which is facing directly the mountain with a fantastic view. I could sit there forever... apartment itself is literally a "home"... it has everything you need. Kitchenware, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, plates, utensils... anything you can imagine. 2 TVs + board games + books. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... It is literally a home! Hosts (especially Evelyn) were wonderful. Parking is free in the basement of the apartment. Highly highly recommended. Swim in the Brienzer Lake. It is the cleanest water you will ever find. Everything in within walking distance. When you stay in iseltwalt, interlaken is overrated...
