Tot és molt net. El personal és molt amable. Estan molt ben organitzats. Et faciliten tovalloles, pijames, sabatilles i amenities. Hi ha una sala gran on pots menjar i carregar bateries.

La neteja, la amabilitat del personal, la cabina en si no es fa gens claustrofòbica i és prou còmode i acollidor. Tens tot el que puguis necessitar sense cost extra: pijames tovalloles, champus, sabatilles, auriculars, taps d'orelles, respalls, productes de bellesa, secadors i planxes de cabell, i un llarguissim etc. Està tot netíssim i és tot molt tranquil. La ubicació està molt bé ja que la parada de Ichigaya conecta amb moltes linies de metro i JR.
