The staff were great: Ramon, Checo and Daniel. Daniel was super on top of things. From the get go we knew what was going to happen. All of them accommodated translation in both English and Spanish. Took their time and we made it!!! This was a very doable experience., I never did a Via Ferrata nor Ziplining nor an extreme sport before and I was very proud. My partner was his first time too, but he is more fit then I am. The facilities were clean, comfy, cozy. SkyLodge was the best bed we had slept in, from our entire Peru trip and that says quite a lot. All instructions were easy to understand and we felt extremely safe all the way. We had the highest pod and had no issue moving between our and the dining pod, even in the dark! There was wind blowing, however nothing too drastic shaking the pod, as some reviews stated(and we did have very strong winds that night- it rained that night) not too much noise as some reviewers experienced from below traffic or the train and only some lights from the towns below but nothing too bad (close the curtains on that side if ur bothered) The food was great, we felt like VIP's and all were truly genuine in their service and hospitality. From our hotel pick up to our drop off (we had a massage appointment to make in Cusco that afternoon) they went out of their way to accommodate us and make the experience one out of this world♥️. This truly was an amazing opportunity. I had just hiked the Inca Trail and wanted a night of relaxation and fun experience for my last night. The staff took such good care of me and being a solo traveler, I felt very safe. Our guides, Ulises and Ramon were very patient and helped made sure we felt comfortable and understood our harneses. After dinner, we had to walk up to the pods in the dark, Ulises talked with me the whole way up and made sure to ease my anxieties and fears. It was a very windy night, but inside my pod, I would have had no idea. It felt so secure and I was able to sleep so soundly! I would HIGHLY reccommend this place to others. 10/10 experience all around.

Sacred Dreams Lodge is nestled at the end of a country road in the most peaceful valley. The property owners and caretakers were all so welcoming, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. One of the property owners checked on us when we arrived and gave us a tour. The streams that run through the property made it feel so peaceful. The landscape attracts so many beautiful birds. We used the lovely spa facilities and loved having a fireplace in our room. The staff were so kind in helping us get the fire going. We decided to spend a day just relaxing at the property, and it was wonderful.
