EXCEPTIONALLY AWESOME I just loved the place. Owner has very nicely done the entire house, the swing outside, sauna and specially the barbeque area. Bedrooms are so cozy and comfortable I felt like staying there forever. Drawing room has projector and ample seating space. Everything was super awesome.

The house is super comfortable and spacious and has got all necessary utensils and devices. We absolutely loved the breathtaking views outside and the mountain atmosphere of wood and stone inside. The house has got a really good location too. There is a tram station "pod lesom" across the road, and you can use the train to go to Poprad Town center or skiing locations in a very short time. We had our own car so explored the area and went few times to thermal park Vrbov which had few relaxing 38 degree outdoor pools open in winter season. We enjoyed walking with a stroller around nearby villages and even forest trails and loved drinking water from the mountain string just 20 min walk from the house. Our kids loved a local kids play center Dobra Hracka in Vysoké Tatry-Tatranská Lomnica when the weather was less inviting for the outdoor activities. Peter is a lovely host who made sure we had everything we need for a pleasant stay.

Location was very good. A restaurant is in 100m distance. Train station 5-7minutes by walk. Rooms are large. Kitchen was good enough. Parking was very easy.

The house is very new, very spacious and fully equipped (max equipped kitchen, xBox, sauna, tub, bbq, etc). Rooms are very spacious, kids room has a lot of toys + there are many table games. The house has large flat TV, netflix and great sound system. There is a playground for kids and huge cage for dogs outside, but the house is also fenced so the dogs could roam free :)

the house is beautiful, very close to the mountains. it has all needed equipment and even more. the view is amazing , highly recommend to visit .

New, fully equiped house close to Poprad and mountains. Quite surroundings, grill spot, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, all nesessary staff to cook, comfy beds, parking spots for two cars, self check in, fireplace, everything very very clean, very nice views

Overall, a very good experience. Beautiful and peaceful location. Short drive to more lively locations of Stary Smokovec, Lomnica or Strbske Pleso. Hot tub and sauna was very nice after a day of skiing.
