The staff was extremely supportive. The most impressive thing is even we arrived quite early considering the announced check-in time, the staff still managed to arrange us to have an early check-in without any additional service fee, which extremely help us to recover and fully prepare for our plan. Beside, they were friendly and actively support us in every aspects during our stay.
