Great experience for couple of days on Martinique. One can jump to the sea basically every time one feels like it! Stunning atmosphere, well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms with amasing views. The personal was super friendly and helpful.

Situated in Pointe-Noire, 2.2 km from Marigot Beach, TropicAngel ECOLODGE de Charme features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Every moring, we would receive a breakfast service at the chamber. This contained some bread, pastries, jam, yoghurt and juice. Very nice! The location is very nice, in the middle of nature. Also, the houses are very pretty and welcoming. The bed was also very pleasant.

There are 6 bungalows but you really don’t see them. It is only about 800m down to the coastline but the accommodations were in the beautiful jungle. The pool is such a fantastic facility. It was clean and may chairs are in the shade. The outside living on the covered patio was lovely. The kitchen was very well stocked and the appliances new. Xavier was very approachable and very proud of the property as he and Anne should be. And….there were no mosquitoes (mid-December)

Located in Cabarete in the Puerto Plata Province Region, 300 metres from Encuentro Beach. Location and staff and room amazing. Right on the beach.. It was rainy days but still fun. Perfect for surfing. The food at the restaurant super good! Everything as expected!!

One of the best places you’ll ever stay at ! The grounds are beautifully lush, the little house is super comfortable with its own patio and outdoor kitchen, and the pool is amazing. They also have a shared full kitchen which guests can use, as well as excellent coffee available 24/7. It’s a family run business with wonderful staff. I’m a bad sleeper and really appreciated that the room is quiet at night (despite being in the jungle), dark when you close the shades, and nice and cool with AC and a fan. The location is central to explore the island, but you do need a car (and reserve it well in advance : all car rental services were sold out for our stay during carnival…).

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. 10 star hosts. We really felt at home. We had both breakfast and dinner and everything was delicious. Our plans changed back and forth due to trouble with ferry and flight timetables, but the hosts quickly adapted and solved both a tour and taxis on short notice.
