Inside, the cozy fireplace added a warm and inviting touch, while the private sauna was an absolute luxury—perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The staff was exceptional – professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly stood out! One of the highlights was the small hill next to the chalets, covered in artificial snow. The staff provided free sleds, and we had a blast racing down like kids again! The town of Mallnitz is a charming gem, filled with friendly locals who made our visit even better. Nature lovers will be amazed by the Alpe-Adria Trail, offering stunning frozen lakes and waterfalls straight out of a fairytale. Words can’t fully capture how incredible this experience was. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the service to the chalet and breathtaking surroundings. But what made this place even more special is that I proposed to my girlfriend here, and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect setting. The breathtaking views, the warmth of the people, and the magic of this place made that moment truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we will be back – and we will be telling everyone they need to visit this spectacular place. HOCHoben is truly a slice of paradise in the heart of the Alps!
