Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, free BBQ facilities and a free airport shuttle, Saltbush Retreat is a 3 minutes’ drive from Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame and Qantas Founders Museum. Perfect! Lovely design and very comfortable. We were in a Stables room. Took 'The Spirit of the Outback' overnight train from Brisbane with my husband and 11 year old and after 26 hours we could have kept going. Too hot to go to Uluru and this was a great alternative to see a bit of the Outback. Saltbush Retreat was a very welcome oasis in the extreme heat (well, extreme for me :-) Picked this hotel for its location (across street from the 2 museums and airport) and for the outdoor bathtubs but the museums were closed for the holidays and I never got in the bathtub so what I really remember is a huge clean cool room and absolutely fantastic staff. Ron gave us a little drive around tour of town as the museums were closed and a lovely lady dropped us at the airport. Monica is the local taxi lady. AUD$15 to get from town back to Saltbush.

Excellent glamping tent with a luxury feel and lots of room. Comfortable large beds. Our tent was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. Great location close to the beach where we saw baby turtles making a run for the ocean before the beach closed. Lots of other wildlife around, mainly birds (noisy kookaburras) and kangaroos (both on the beach and next to our tent in the morning).

Wild Nature Lodge, Mareeba Wetlands ima smještaj u gradu 'Biboohra' s besplatnim WiFi-jem i pogledom na planinu, kao i vrt, zajednički salon i terasu. This location is the most gorgeous place we stayed in Australia so far. The scenery is great and there is lots of chances to spot cool animals, including some Kangaroos who were in front of our tent :) We had the place all to ourselves which was unbelievable and felt really special to be in such a gorgeous spot all alone. Would definitely recommend this and if you are not a camping type of person don’t worry, it is luxerious beds with all facilities in place :)

The peaceful bush setting. The bed, and pillows were very comfortable. There was everything that I needed for my short stay. . Breakfast muesli and good plunger coffee.

Objektmist at Cape Tribulation nalazi se u gradu 'Cape Tribulation', Queensland, u krugu od 2,2 km od znamenitosti Plaža Myall, te nudi smještaj koji sadrži besplatan WiFi, oprema za roštilj. This is a gem in the most convenient location in Cape Tribulation (a mere 3 minute drive to where the meeting spot for the Great Barrier Reef snorkeling tour was). The apartment couldn’t have been cleaner, it was spacious, it was stocked with all you need to stay in and cook or just have a coffee or two before heading out for the day. The woman who runs this place is lovely, and takes such pride in the business she runs. I would recommend this place to any person coming to Cape Tribulation!

Located in Arcadia in the Magnetic Island region, with Geoffrey Bay Beach and Alma Bay Beach nearby, Dandaloo Gardens provides accommodation with free private parking. Tranquil setting, everything was Amazing!
