Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, free BBQ facilities and a free airport shuttle, Saltbush Retreat is a 3 minutes’ drive from Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame and Qantas Founders Museum. Absolutely wonderful stay at Saltbush. We were greeted by a lovely, friendly man (his name escapes me) who gave us a great recommendation for a butcher so we could get some steaks for dinner. The entire place is cozy and rustic. We didn’t use the baths but they looked so cool! Rooms were spacious, our cabin looked out onto some grass with kangaroos grazing, which was a delight for our 9 month old. It had everything we needed, including wine glasses, I only wish we’d bought a bottle from them! Highly recommend, we had a lovely little stay :)

Spotlessly clean and well appointed rooms with access to a beautiful quiet beach. Great pool and communal areas and the staff were all lovely. I couldn't fault anything about this place.

The reserve is incredible, lots of wildlife. You get exclusive access by staying there. And the accommodations (glamping huts) were perfect.

The bed, and pillows were very comfortable. There was everything that I needed for my short stay. . Breakfast muesli and good plunger coffee.

Located in Arcadia in the Magnetic Island region, with Geoffrey Bay Beach and Alma Bay Beach nearby, Dandaloo Gardens provides accommodation with free private parking. Super large apartment with everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. Quiet location (except for the birds), comfy bed, back porch, front and back windows provided good ventilation, 2 ceiling fans to help with cooling. Great location within walking distance of everything in arcadia. We had a car, but most places on the island you could get to by local bus or 15-20 minute walk. Pool was cool and refreshing.
