Each of the unique cabins at Cradle Mountain Highlanders has cosy interiors, including a fireplace. All cabins are lined with beautiful Tasmanian timber and most cabins have full kitchen facilities. Some units have a luxurious spa bath and mountain views. The cabin is conveniently close to the visitor centre. It was cozy, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Warm enough even on a snowy night, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and kept guests updated about snow and road closures

The chalet offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything! We loved everything about it. The location is amazing, the national Park nearby is great, the tiny house was beautiful. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would definitely book again. The furniture and kitchen are nice and they even have laundry facilities, which really helped us to feel fresh again.

The shared dining room area and kitchen has a lovely view of the water and Strahan across the bay. The Wilderness Lodge was clean and furnished well. it ws a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The couple running it are friendly and helpful.

Had such a lovely stay at Domescapes. The place is very beautiful and peaceful. The welcome and wine tasting was really excellent. All together a highlight of our fabulous trip to Tasmania.

There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard. Ruth had thought of everything we could possibly need. So many choices of coffee bags and teas, chai, cappuccino.. cereals, pancakes, Nutella, honey and fruit etc etc. we were so impressed by the internal decor and the gardens. There was so much attention to detail.

Thanks very much for her travel tips and her excellent hospitality service. My wife and I spent two unforgettable nights here. The unique location there allows us to experience the quiet atmosphere and to live in the nature with wild animals hanging around just outside the lodge. We also saw the spectacular view of lake and mountains, beautiful sunset and galaxy at night. These two nights definitely will be at our heart forever.

A barbecue is available on site and both hiking and cycling can be enjoyed within close proximity of Maydena Mountain Cabins. The hosts were wonderful. The cabins were ideal and such a warm and relaxing place. Alopacas and wild wallabies abound.
