The Wilderness Lodge was clean and furnished well. it ws a quiet and comfortable place to stay. The couple running it are friendly and helpful.

Didn’t really know what to expect as it was our first time “ glamping” . It exceeded our expectations . The unit itself is as comfortable as any hotel room , large bed , frig etc etc , with the bonus of being set right in the vineyards ..A nice deck with firepit adds to the total experience . Add to this the delicious wines of the swinging gate winery , and most of the hosts / winery owners Hannah and Corrie which couldn’t do enough to insure our stay was perfect . Such a warm welcome ; wine tasting and provided info on the area ; and to top it off they arranged to deliver pizza. Pizza , wine and great hosts.. doesn’t get much better !
