Our stay in Bansko was absolutely wonderful and a complete success! Lee and Danielle are truly exceptional hosts—they are incredibly attentive and carry so much warmth and love in their hearts. They made sure we were perfectly looked after and had everything we could possibly need. A special mention must go to Danielle, who is an exceptionally talented cook; her meals were a highlight of our trip. Also, the bus transfer to and from the gondola is a fantastic and very important service that made our stay so much easier. Bansko is a place with great nature and the Chalet is a nice and cozy accommodation with some great small services.

Air conditioning, electric heaters, a cleaning robot, and even two refrigerators (I especially loved the blue one 😊). There’s a big TV and Netflix as well. The mountain view and the fireplace make it even better — what more could you ask for? 😁 There is also a free spa service on the ground floor of the building. Parking is not an issue at all, and there’s a supermarket just 100–150 meters downhill with more affordable prices than the city center.
