Room was spacious BUT Room wasn’t ready by 4pm. Tons of guests waiting in lobby for over an hour until 5:30/6 to check in. Poor service since only staying one night. No towels left for poor. Shuttle didn’t run past 5pm. Fireplace didn’t work. Indoor pool closed and door to outside broken. Pool not filtered.
