Marco, the owner of the Apartment was best. He is so helpful and cooperative. We checked in early and we left for the local sightseeing and when we were back all our luggage was already put up in the room which was on the 2nd floor. The facilities and the food stuff available in the apartment was more than expected. The apartment had all the things that is generally available in our own house. Location is also very close to the West station (350m) The view from the balcony was perfect and we could see Mt Jungfraujoch from there.

Had an excellent stay at CityChalet during my stay! Communications leading up to our arrival was excellent and our check-in was a breeze. The route to our chalet took just 10 mins from Interlaken West station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Facilities provided are all in working condition. We had a blast!!

We rented the studio and loved the privacy and convenience of having a fridge and small kitchenette. Property was very clean and the views are outstanding. Property owners are very quick to address any needs. It’s about a 15 minute walk to town. We ended up renting e-bikes which made exploring the area much easier.

The chalet is easy to reach, with parking available and a convenient bus stop nearby. Inside, we loved relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the sunny balcony, and cooking in the amazing kitchen. Outside, the garden with swings and seating areas was perfect for the whole family. The management was wonderful—they came by to give us helpful tips about the area and made sure we had everything we needed. Every detail of the chalet is designed with comfort in mind, making it a truly special place. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this beautiful retreat again!
