The location was amazing. Right on the creek, quiet, 1 minute walk to the lake to swim. We really didn't interact with staff much so can't comment on that.

I've been trying to come here for 4 yrs and finally made it. The hotel and location do not disappoint. It is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, and the staff are nothing but nice and helpful.

Tiny Fuy, tempat penginapan dengan teres, terletak di Puerto Fuy, 40km dari Kolam Air Panas Coñaripe. The location was great and so close to the town. It was cosy and clean. And Don Juan at the site and Claudio were very easy to deal.with despite our lack of Spanish!!

I hadn’t realised from the listing that this place is a full on resort within the reserve. There are loads of walking trails and you get access to the reserve for the duration of your stay. Pool, spa, restaurant, bar all great. Staff friendly and helpful. Views were beautiful and the room was really great. We only stayed one night and wish it had been longer.
