The lovely owner was very responsive, with clear communication on how to find the cabin. There is quite a steep drive up but it is manageable and worth it when you get to the top. The firewood and fire was great and little kitchenette and large fridge were perfect for cooking meals. Lago Ranco is very close and has a large supermarket and fruit grocers to stock up on before you arrive.

A daily breakfast is included. Facilities are gorgeous, plenty of wood around us, big windows allowing forest views. Long lobby with several chairs and comfortable sofas. Trails are spectacular with the exception of La Leona because lack of water during our visit. But fantastic views and well signaled. The room was very comfortable and warm. No wifi into the rooms is a nice experience. If needed, we have the long lobby to be connected. Excellent breakfast.

The bungalows also have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a refrigerator. Linen is included and final maid service is offered for free. Each bungalow has firewood heaters. Everything! The property was spotless and the view was incredible. You are ON the lake! We had some cold days and nights and Sergio always made sure we had lots of wood and the fire was always on. The house was super warm and incredibly cozy, and has everything you need. It is one of the most beautiful settings we have ever stayed in. I cannot wait to go back and would recommend these cabañas to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Panguipulli. Thank you for everything Sergio and Paola!

Decorated with parquet floors and wooden walls, bungalows at Patagonia Mawida are very bright and feature a fully-equipped kitchen, a seating area, a dining area, private bathroom facilities and a terrace. The landscape is beautiful! The view from every window and terrace was of the forest. The terrace also has a view of the river. We were only there one night so we didn’t get to enjoy the space fully. The cabin itself is also lovely with a rustic wooden design. Simple but comfortable.
