Located in Puerto Nariño, Cabañas Dechi provides accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a terrace and lake views. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Extremely spacious and comfortable Cabanas. Charlie and family welcomed us warmly and you can tell they are very genuine people. Loved that the place is surrounded by nature, giving a sense of peace. Instantly regretted that our stay was only 2 nights the moment we entered. Location is at a peaceful corner slightly outside of the town but easy to walk to and from. Highly recommend for anyone visiting this Puerto Nariño. Unbeatable value!

Set in Puerto Nariño, Jungle Cabin - Satori Natural offers accommodation with a garden, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a shared kitchen. The property has garden views. First of all, the community where the place is located is super safe—just like a typical village with chickens freely wondering around. I stopped locking my door the day after I arrived, once I realized how calm and peaceful it was. As a solo female traveler I value safety very much. Satori is located closer/deeper to the jungle so it is even calmer, and you can start your hike right at the gate. Sometimes monkeys would come to the site and I could watch them while having my breakfast/lunch. Secondly, I was amazed by the owner, a true animal lover and sustainability enthusiast. They handled everything themselves—gardening, improving the land, and preparing delicious breakfasts. Communication was easy. From the moment I made the booking, they provided a ton of useful information—like the boat schedule and more. I asked, and they arranged boat tickets and guided tours for me. Keep in mind, I don’t speak any Spanish! By the end of my stay, it felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend. Amazing people. The cabin was clean, equipped with a comfortable bed and mosquito net, fan, shelves and electrical outlets. When I wasn't hiking or touring, I enjoyed relaxing in my hammock outside the cabin. They also have decent Wi-Fi. There was a road construction down the road (village part), so I needed to detour (around 5 min walk). It should be gone in a month or so.

Our trip to the Amazon was incredible. The best stay of our Colombian trip, we cannot recommend it enough. The food was local and they adapted to our preferences (my partner is vegetarian), the cabins were comfortable, cozy and we felt at home. What a wonderful location in the heart of the forest, waking up each morning to watch monkeys and birds in the forest. Loved the adventure of walking through the forest and canoing across a river to get to the house. Excellent hosts who paid attention to details and always looked after us very well. Meals that were always plentiful and fresh. A lovely family who all worked together to make our stay a special one. There is no power or internet so it was candlelit dinners and early to bed each night, enabling me to make the most of the cooler mornings for searching for wildlife. The double bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the quality insect net that meant I didn't have to worry about insects during the night. Great that they provided good quality gumboots for everyone if needed. Don't forget to bring your torch - for light in your room at night, as well as for exploring the wildlife outside at night. The boat trips in high quality boats were a highlight providing cool relief from the tropical humidity while spotting wildlife along the way. Appreciated them taking the time to slow down to look at wildlife along the way to places, and the family's knowledge of the local plants and wildlife were fabulous.

Located in Leticia, Amazona Lodge provides 3-star accommodation with access to a garden and a terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. Pilar built herself a little paradise. The „garden“ is beautiful. You sleep with all the animal sounds at night, it’s even more amazing when it rains but it gets really really loud at night, if you need a quiet place to sleep this is not it. I listen to animal and rainy sounds on spotify to fall asleep so it was easy for me. There will also be insects in the house (which I didn’t mind). The shower is spacious. Pilar is a very friendly and attentive host and will organize the tours for you. Just tell her what you want to do. Wifi works good.

Reserva Natural Tanimboca is situated in Leticia. The restaurant at the lodge specialises in local cuisine. The staff were incredible, especially Carlos who always helped us get to our treehouse and Alex who was an exceptional tour guide, he taught us so much and we had the most amazing day with him walking through the jungle, zip lining and kayaking. The food was also really good, especially breakfast!

Providing a restaurant, Reserva Natural Natura Park provides accommodation in Puerto Nariño. Some units include a seating area and/or a balcony. Amazing place in a beautiful location. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us organize the boat to get to Reserva and back to Leticia. We did several additional tours with them, exploring the Amazon jungle and the surroundings. They care deeply about local communities. Food was great, two of us were vegans and they adjusted all meals for us so it wasn't an issue. The non-vegan part of our group was also extremely pleased with food, especially with the fish, served in a variety of ways. It is a quiet place, you get to connect with other travelers. Totally the best way to explore the Amazon.

Hotel Amazon is located in the heart of Leticia, a few minutes from Amazon River on the border between Colombia, Peru and Brazil. It offers a hot tub, massage services and spacious bungalows. Super comfortable bungalow and great location. Food was delicious. Our host Judy was really helpful in organising excursions for us, transfers to and from airport, etc.

Cuchira Lodge is situated in Leticia and offers a terrace. With garden views, this accommodation features a balcony. Guests at the lodge can enjoy hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden.
