Freddie and Beryl were very gracious hosts, and we ate some of the best food on our trip in Costa Rica Got to see some unique birds , even though we were not photographer’s, the hummingbirds feeders were wonderful where we spent a lot of time enjoying the flash of colours from these amazing little birds. It is a beautiful place they have here built here with love and passion for Nature and protecting it All the staff were lovely and made our stay extra special. It did get cold in the evenings as being so high up, but everything provided for in the rooms to make it all cosy and a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Located in the heart of the cloud forest, Paraíso Quetzal Lodge is a natural sanctuary protecting 80 hectares of extraordinary biodiversity. Beautiful property. Fabulous bird watching, especially hummingbirds at the feeder. Cloud forest is gorgeous.
