The location was excellent, with a great view of the mountains. Our hosts were easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean and recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable.

I loved my stay at the property. The host Magdalene was so warm and welcoming, she really made my stay. I loved the garden and views of the mountains. my room and shared living-area had a cosy bavarian feel. breakfast was nice with bread, jam, meats, cheese, yogurt and teas available. Its a 15 minute walk to Grainau village and the walk is really pretty.

Nice shared amenities on the property - great BBQ grille area, lounge patio to enjoy the views. quality attention to detail - a new build house so everything clean and crisp. Really appreciated the exterior electric blinds to black out the windows. We drove here straight from an overnight flight into Munich which was convenient off the expressway. A little grocery right there to get supplies. Attentive hosts live on site.
