Very clean and comfortable. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The scenery by the lake was nice and relaxing. The restaurant shuts down too early in the day (3:30 pm) but fortunately the poolside bar stayed open just long enough for us to get food. Without that, getting something to eat would have been a problem and we would not have stayed at this place.

My friend and I were walking on the Camino dos Faros. This was just a little off our path and is was perfect. We felt like this was (and is) absolute luxury after several days walking and staying in basic accommodations. Maria was lovely and she arranged to drop off breakfast for us so we could get an early start. The problem was, we didn't want to leave. The bed was so comfortable, we slept really well. The tub was an added bonus to soak our sore muscles. Everything about it was perfect. The only thing that would have made it better was if someone cooked our dinner for us.
